| This past Saturday night at night at Doubles there was a first time “Home For the Holidays,” a buffet and disco night for boarding school and college students. Families took tables and invited friends and children’s friends. Stephanie Lawrence, the daughter of Jeanne Lawrence (NYSD’s San Francisco and Shanghai Diarist) celebrated an “early” 22nd birthday (actual in January) with a group of friends. Kristina Hamner-Yonke celebrated her 21st. |

| There was the famous extravagant Doubles buffet and the astounding dessert table, along with a great DJ and everyone was out on the dance floor boogeying, moms, dads, and everyone else. Someone said the younger set loved getting dressed up for the occasion (Jacket and Tie). |

| More than 500 attended Madison Square Boys and Girls Club’s 43rd annual Christmas Tree Ball at Cipriani 42nd Street for an evening of dinner, auction and a special performance by Dionne Warwick. More than $1 million was raised that will go towards the Club’s milssion of saving and enhancing the lives of more than 5,000 of New York’s neediest kids. |
