| On Friday, March 13th, Lynda Carter made her Jazz at Lincoln Center debut in a benefit for God's Love We Deliver. Lynda sang in her beautiful, bluesy voice for over 90 minutes, delighting the sold out house. After the show, guests of God's Love We Deliver enjoyed a champagne reception in the green room. |

| Last Tuesday night at New York City Center the Paul Taylor Dance Company hosted its 2009 New York Season Gala and raised nearly $500,000. Special guests at the black tie event which took place at Cipriani 42nd Street including Paul Taylor himself, Lisa Brothers Arbisser, Louis an Anka Begley, Ellen Burstyn, RoAnn Costinm, Jim Duffy, Tolomy and Chrdisse Erpf, Richad Feldman, Luis Fuentes, Hugh Hildesley, Micahel Kowalski, Elianore Notides, Yvonne and Bjarne Rieber, Micahel Rockefeller, Bill and Fay Shutzer, Jock Soto, Tom Stemberg, Stephen and Cathy Weinroth. 2009 Gala Co-Chairs were Joan C. | Late last month, The British Memorial Garden Trust held its fifth annual gala fundraiser, “Twilight in the Garden,” at Guastavino’s in New York, drawing more than 500 in support of the park and garden in Lower Manhattan’s Hanover Square. One of the leading events of the Anglo-American calendar in New York, the event honors the 67 British victims of September 11 and fosters programs that highlight ties with the UK. |

| There was the presentation of four awards: For Outstanding contributions to Transatlantic Relations: presented to Daniel S. Glaser, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Marsh, Inc. and George W. von Mallinckrodt, KBE, President, Schroders plc. For Heroism: to the family of Frank McGarahan, former COO, Barclay’s Wealth, who lost his life from injuries sustained when he selflessly went to the aid of victims of street crime in September 2008. This award is introduced for the first time this year. For Philanthropy: awarded to ICAP and to be accepted by John Nixon, Chief Executive Officer, ICAP Electronic Broking for the company’s charitable initiatives that have benefitted numerous organizations. This award was introduced this year to recognize innovation in philanthropy. |
