Event Title: Honoring American College of the Building Arts 2008 Arthur Ross Award recipient for Education. Event Description: This event brings together ACBA's National Council, Board and Friends of the College in the New York Design Industry. The College is dedicated to educating the next generation of artisans and preserving the Building Arts in a manner never before offered in the United States. The program combines a quality liberal arts education, extensive hands on training and access to highly experienced faculty, culminating in a four year bachelor's degree available no where else in America. Student focus in one of five Building Arts-- Stonecarving, Carpentry, Timberframing, Architectural Metal Plaster Working or Brick Masonry. Time: 5:30-8:00 PM.
