Last Thursday
night at Bungalow 8 Nicky Hilton threw a party to launch a
special collection for Samantha Thavasa New York and to give a sneak
peak of the Bungalow Bag. A portion of the proceeds from sales of
the bags will be donated to the Free Arts for Abused Children Foundation.
Nicky began designing for Samantha Thavasa in 2001 and has since produced
two collections. The handbags are sold at fine specialty stores in
the U.S. and Japan including Fred Segal, Henri Bendel, and Atrium
and her handbags already have a strong celebrity following such as
Britney Spears, Tara Reid, Pamela Anderson, sister Paris,
and Rhea Durham.
