The
Princess Grace Foundation - USA brought together the brightest young
prospects of the performing arts for the 2003 Princess Grace Awards
Gala at The Waldorf.
The Princess
Grace Foundation - USA is named in memory of Princess Grace
of Monaco, who was deeply committed to helping young artists
througout her lifetime. The foundation continues this tradition by
identifying and assisting aspiring talent through grants in the form
of scholarships, apprenticeships, and fellowships.
The black-tie event was held in the presence of HSH Crown
Prince Albert of Monaco. Stephanie Landess Suslak,
Thierry and Marie-Louise van Essche and Yves and
Helga Piaget served as Benefit Chairs. The Starlight Orchestra
kept the kids moving with the help of French comedian Michel
Leeb and the Count Basie Orchestra. |
