Ailey Revelations Dance Celebration with the Whitney

Join the Whitney Museum and AILEY for a free outdoor dance class to celebrate Edges of Ailey, an exhibition opening at the Whitney Museum this fall. Led by Ailey Extension instructor and former Company member of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater Amos Machanic, participants will learn excerpts from Alvin Ailey’s timeless signature masterpiece Revelations.

This class is open to all ages and registration is not required. Class space is limited; first come, first served.

This program is organized in celebration of performance tickets for Edges of Ailey going on sale on Tuesday, September 10.
