American Express Platinum x Global Dining Access by Resy: Supper Club

To celebrate the launch of Global Dining Access by Resy, a new benefit available to U.S. Platinum Card Members, American Express and Resy have created a number of exclusive experiences. Global Dining Access Members are invited to the first Supper Club Hamptons, a new dinner party series kicking off at Nova’s Ark Project in Water Mill at the Hamptons from August 14-15. Supper Club Hamptons will feature award-winning New York City chefs and restaurants, including Shukette and Shuka’s Ayesha Nurdjaja in collaboration with Momofuku Ko’s Esther Ha on Saturday, August 14 and COTE’s David Shim in collaboration with Olmsted’s Greg Baxtrom on Sunday, August 15. The chef-pairs will cook under the stars at Nova’s Ark Project where guests will be seated in the sculpture park’s rolling fields. Four-course menus, with paired beverages to match, will bring together the chefs’ signature styles.
