Jay R. Paul will be awarded the 2019 Château de Blérancourt Award.

The American Friends of Blérancourt (AFB), founded in 1985, celebrates and upholds the mission of furthering the Franco-American friendship with the Museum of Blérancourt in France through historical, artistic and educational exhibitions.

The museum of Blérancourt was founded by Anne Morgan, youngest daughter of Pierpont Morgan.
