This summer, our free Tuesday morning yoga class is back on the Upper Terrace! Please register for each class and bring your own mat (the park does not provide yoga mats). We also recommend bringing water and a towel. Our yoga classes are appropriate for all levels of practice. Through the years I have been inspired by various movement sciences and yoga lineages including but not limited to Hatha, Katonah Yoga®, Laughing Lotus Flow™ and the Functional Range Systems®. This system of yoga framework combines modern science with evolutionary human biology. It is ideal for beginner and advanced students as well as those with physical limitations.Event Calendar
