Bryant Park Yoga Presented by CALIA with Pilin Anice

Everyone’s favorite yoga program returns to Bryant Park for summer 2024! From May 29 through September 25, join us for classes Tuesday mornings on the Upper Terrace, and Wednesday evenings on the lawn. Our yoga classes are appropriate for all levels of practice.

Join us on Wednesday, June 19 for a yoga class led by Pilin Anice, a yoga, barre, dance, and meditation instructor, health coach, artist, and model. Pilin is passionate about building community and is the founder of Restore + Explore Retreats. She has guided students of all ages through breath centered, inquiry based offerings that seek to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit and has taught workshops in the US and abroad. She is a lululemon Studio Trainer and Ambassador, Kripalu Lead Faculty, and an instructor at the Ailey Extension in NYC; and has appeared on GMA, The Today Show and has been featured in the NY Times, FORBES, ESSENCE, Well+Good, MindBodyGreen, and SELF.

Yoga mats are not provided, and bringing your own water and towel is recommended. The program is free, but please register here.
