East 6th Street Community Activation

Artist Molly Gochman will host a Community Activation event, taking over the block on East 6th Street in front of The Ukrainian Museum. The day will focus on building community and connecting through art, music, and activism. The day’s events will feature a diverse group of participants, performers, and collaborators invited by Molly, as well as two activations led by her: recreating a human chain inspired by Ukraine’s “Chain of Unity” and inviting passersby to contribute to a communal knot-tying performance.
