Friends of the Upper East Side 40th Anniversary

On Thursday, September 29th, at the Metropolitan Club, Friends will salute Kent Barwick on this special evening the 40th Anniversary Awards Dinner. In doing so, you will also support FRIENDS as we look toward the next 40 years, as we continue to aggressively and effectively serve the neighborhood we all love. Kent played a special role as Chair of the Landmarks Preservation Commission when the Upper East Side Historic District was designated in 1981 and soon after, as an instigator in the founding of FRIENDS as President of the Municipal Art Society.
