The Marfan Foundation is the only nonprofit that fights for victory over Marfan syndrome and related conditions. Marfan syndrome is a life-threatening genetic disorder that most seriously affects the heart, blood vessels, bones, lungs and eyes. We do everything possible, including conducting research, advocacy, and education to ensure people can live longer, fuller lives. We will not rest until we’ve achieved victory – a world in which everyone with Marfan syndrome or a related disorder receives a proper diagnosis, gets the necessary treatment, and lives a long and full life.
