High Line Hat Party

New York City nightlife legend Lady Bunny, the House of Labeija, “RuPaul’s Drag Race” alum Dusty Ray Bottoms, New York City Parks Commissioner Mitchell Silver, artists and performers Machine Dazzle, Raga Muffin, Raúl de Nieves, and DJ Ty Sunderland are expected to join the more than 500 guests – all donning their most festive headpieces – at the annual High Line Hat Party on Thursday, June 13th from 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Judges will select the best, most raucous hats in attendance throughout the evening. Finalists will participate in a live competition runway at 9:30 p.m.

The Hat Party draws inspiration from ball culture and the clubs and parties that have inhabited the Meatpacking District and Chelsea for decades. All proceeds from the event support the High Line’s gardens, art, public programs, and operations.

Tickets can be purchased at thehighline.org. VIP tickets are $300 (7pm-11pm); General Admission tickets are $150 (8pm-11pm), and Late Night tickets are $75 (9pm-11pm).
