Inner-City Scholarship Fund, the city’s leading non-profit providing tuition assistance to Catholic school students from low-income families, will hold its 45th Annual Awards Dinner on Thursday, December 1, at the Plaza Hotel, located at 768 Fifth Avenue and 58th Street, Manhattan. Cocktails will begin at 6:30 PM, followed by dinner at 7:30 PM. His Eminence, Timothy Michael Cardinal Dolan, Archbishop of New York, will present the 2022 Inner-City Scholarship Fund Award to John R. Greed, Chairman, President and CEO of Mutual of America. The event will feature remarks by Peter T. Grauer, Chairman at Bloomberg and President of Inner-City Scholarship Fund. This year’s Inner-City Scholarship Fund featured student is Joskarl Nunez, All Hallows High School Class of 2024. Guests will enjoy special performances by St. Raymond Elementary School and Notre Dame School of Manhattan. Inner-City Scholarship Fund provides tuition assistance to low-income students in Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of New York. The Annual Awards Dinner generates funds that are essential to Inner-City’s ability to accomplish its mission. Inner-City provides scholarship support to over 9,000 students (90% minority and 37% non-Catholic). An astonishing 99% percent of seniors attending inner-city Catholic high schools graduate, and 98% of seniors pursue post-secondary education.Event Calendar
