Lincoln Center’s 60th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Gala

In May 1959, Lincoln Center broke ground as the nation’s first major cultural institution. Now home to eleven distinguished resident organizations, Lincoln Center represents the highest standards of excellence in opera, symphonic and chamber music, theater, jazz, dance, film, and arts education. May 2019 marks six decades since Lincoln Center’s debut, and we want to renew our commitment to support a thriving campus for the next generation.

The cornerstone event of this year-long celebration will be the 60th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Gala. This festive fundraiser will honor families who have had a significant impact on Lincoln Center over the past six decades.
