Literacy Partners Lizzie Awards: Honoring Perri Peltz

Literacy Partners has reinvented the Evening of Readings and Gala Dinner Dance into a series of online literacy and social justice events called Words Shape our World. To launch the series, the organization will virtually host The Lizzie Awards: Honoring Perri Peltz with special guest Jon Meacham and host Cynthia McFadden on September 22, 2020 at 7:00 pm.

The evening will celebrate the accomplishments of Perri, an extraordinary documentary filmmaker, television news producer, and social justice advocate with this award named after Literacy Partners’ patron saint, Liz Smith.

The digital event & humanitarian auction will raise critical funds to further Literacy Partners’ mission to end illiteracy, one adult at a time.
