Mitsuyo Okada: Dancing in the Wind Shine

New York, NY – Space 776 is pleased to present a second solo exhibition of new works by Brooklyn-based Japanese artist Mitsuyo Okada.

Okada’s work explores the “atmosphere of nature”—the sensation of a soft breeze, blinding daylight, or the succulent smell of Spring. Rather than focusing on the form and anatomy of plants, Okada’s work emphasizes tacit emotional responses to specific environments.
