Nine Chefs, One Table 2024

For the second year, Chef Einat Admony is hosting “Nine Chefs, One Table,” a dinner to benefit the James Beard Foundation. Joining Chef Einat in the kitchen this year are Chefs Amanda Freitag, Esther Choi, Ilan Hall, Gabriele Bertaccini, TJ Steele, Bricia Lopez, Shenarri Freeman, and Miriam Milord. In addition to the nine chefs cooking dinner, Chef Christopher Weathered, the chef/co-owner of local restaurant Mill and Main in Kerhonkson, will also be returning for a second year to serve hors d’oeuvre during cocktail hour. Chef Christopher will be serving alongside Chef Chris Ratel, a legendary private chef and caterer, as well as Chef Ariela Hazan from Ariela’s Moroccan Dinner, who will be making Moroccan Cigars.
