NYU Maison Française Gala Benefit 2019

$750. – $1000.Annual Benefit for NYU’s Maison Française, the most active forum for French-American cultural and intellectual exchange on any American campus. The event helps to fund over 100 free events, open to the public, ranging from lectures and readings by leading writers and scholars, to concerts, film screenings, and discussions of current events in France and the Francophone world.
Honorary Patrons of the event include Ambassador Gérard Araud; Ambassador François Delattre; Anne-Claire Legendre, Cultural Counselor of France in NY; Bénédicte de Montlaur, Cultural Counselor of the French Embassy; and Andrew Hamilton, President of New York University.
The Medal of NYU’s Center for French Language and Cultures will be presented to the evening’s Honorees: MICHAEL BURKE, the Chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton, and VIRGINIE MORGON, the CEO of Eurazeo.
