Outdoor Fitness with 305 Fitness at Manhattan West

Get fit at Manhattan West on Manhattan’s new west side, during our FREE outdoor workout series aimed to help you build strength, get toned, and relax. Fun and challenging classes are taught by instructors from a variety of top NYC fitness studios each week.
This week features a 45-minute cardio class with 305 Fitness!
All cardio classes focus on high-intensity rhythmic cardio. Classes also feature sprint intervals, sculpting, and a stretch cool down. Expect a lot of dancing, jumping jacks, and non-stop smiling. Not a dancer? No problem. Seriously. 305 Fitness classes are easy-to-follow and made for non-dancers and dancers, alike. Each class also has a 5-minute toning section.
