Get moving with a series of classes aimed to help you build strength, relax, and unwind.

All cardio classes are 45 minutes long, with a focus on high-intensity rhythmic cardio. Classes also feature sprint intervals, sculpting, and a stretch cool down. Expect a lot of dancing, jumping jacks, and non-stop smiling. You’re gonna be sore for days!
Not a dancer? No problem. Seriously. Our classes are easy-to-follow and made for non-dancers and dancers, alike.
Each class has a 5-minute toning section. It’s just 5 minutes, so NBD. All our classes are magic
Clothing:
Wear your favorite sneakers and workout clothes, nothing else necessary
