The “Love Above All” series is an annual Rockefeller Center tradition to celebrate and support the queer community during Pride. Following the “Love Above All Ball” held in 2019 at the Rainbow Room, the 2020 “Love Above All Virtual Auction” raised over $42,000 for The Ali Forney Center. The events have been adapted to adhere to Covid-19 related safety precautions, and led to this year’s “Love Above All Weddings” celebrations.
“Love Above All Weddings” will offer five couples each a ceremony with up to ten guests at 620 Loft & Garden, Rockefeller Center’s picturesque private rooftop garden overlooking St. Patrick’s Cathedral and 5th Avenue. Following the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests will be treated to a champagne toast and wedding cake at the iconic Rainbow Room where they will enjoy a special performance by a star of “RuPaul’s Drag Race.” Finally, to help commemorate the special day, each couple will enjoy their very own wedding photoshoot at Top of the Rock Observation Deck, which features unparalleled and unobstructed 360-degree views of New York City’s skyline.
