RAD Surf x SURFSET x Auraswell Collective; Surf Therapy

RAD Surf is pleased to partner with SURFSET NYC & Auraswell Collective for a wellness event featuring in-studio simulated surf therapy sessions, with speakers, and meditation. The 30 minute innovative surf experience is an effective workout strengthening the mind & body; with a focus on engaging the core while doing dynamic movement. This afternoon of wellness will be centered around mindfulness, gratitude, and giving back. RAD x SURFSET will be at Surfset’s East Village Studio: 64 East 4th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10003. Sessions are being offered at 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM (Please indicate which time slot when reserving your spot). Cost of admission is $45 and includes gift bags valued at $200+.
