The 28th Annual Way to Win Gala

Win’s annual Way to Win Gala, will take place on May 1, 2024, at Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers. This year, we are honored to recognize two extraordinary champions of Win’s mission and philanthropic leaders: Scott Rechler, CEO of RXR Realty, and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation.

Scott Rechler, a leader in New York’s real estate industry, has been supporting underserved communities and addressing systemic poverty through his work and philanthropic investments. Scott has been a steadfast advocate of Win’s programs, and his unwavering commitment has made a profound impact on countless lives. His dedication to creating opportunities for women and children exemplifies the spirit of compassion and generosity that defines Win’s mission.

Similarly, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation was one of Win’s first philanthropic partners supporting our Income Building Program. Win’s signature career development program has helped more than 3,000 Win clients secure better employment opportunities and strong career prospects. Most recently, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation stepped in to support the hundreds of migrant families who call Win home. We are deeply grateful for their partnership, innovative thinking, and the ways in which its programming “empowers our humanity.”

New York City is facing the worst homelessness crisis since the Great Depression. More than 120,000 New Yorkers are experiencing homelessness, including over 31,000 children. That means there are enough New Yorkers experiencing homelessness to fill Yankee Stadium—twice.
