“The Iris Trio Ensemble” Performs at LongHouse

The Iris Trio will perform selections from The Blue and Green Chapters of Project Earth, their multi-year project in response to the enormous climate crisis currently facing the planet. Through chamber music and poetry, the ensemble strives to illuminate the impact of human behavior on the environment, addressing issues of climate change, pollution, habitat degradation, and biodiversity loss, while also giving center stage to the immense beauty and wonder found in nature.
