A highlight of the evening will be an inspiring “fireside chat” with Mr. Stevenson and award-winning journalist Bill Moyers, focused on Mr. Stevenson’s lifework challenging the legacy of racial inequality in America and helping the incarcerated and condemned. The Foundation’s grantmaking places it at the top of public women’s foundations in the United States, and in the top two in the world. Proceeds from the 2019 Radical Generosity Dinner will enable The Foundation to invest an unprecedented $11 million in organizations engaged in advancing the economic advancement, health and safety of women and families in New York City through community-led solutions.
