Lions and tigers and bears, oh my! Take a walk on the wild side tomorrow, June 14th, when the Wildlife Conservation Society hosts its annual gala at the city’s hallowed wilderness grounds — the Central Park Zoo. The party is held under the stars, beside the pools, ponds and islands that make The Central Park Zoo one of the most beloved attractions in town; providing entertainment and education for over a million people a year (for children of all ages)!

The Wildlife Conservation Society began in 1895 as the New York Zoological Society, one of the first conservation organizations in the United States. Its mandate — to advance wildlife conservation, promote the study of zoology, and create a first-class zoological park — has been realized.  WCS has had a significant impact around the world with insightful in-depth scientific research as it advocates science, conservation action, and education — all while inspiring people to value nature.

The Wildlife Conservation Society showcases the vast reach of the organization from the local, Bronx Zoo, Central Park Zoo, New York Aquarium, Prospect Park Zoo, and the Queens Zoo to a staggering array of international projects that the organization has spearheaded.

For what to wear to this roaring revelry we took our cue from nature and discovered a den of designs to delight. Animal prints are a wonderful wardrobe investment, their appeal never goes out of style. Whatever season or reason, these prints answer back with fervor.
