On Friday, February 10th, The Boys’ Club of New York (BCNY) hosted a luncheon in the ballroom of The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach to raise funds for BCNY’s innovative programming for New York City boys and young men.

This year’s luncheon featured a conversation titled “Live Now: Palm Beach Style” between celebrated interior designers, Victoria Hagan (AD100, Elle Decor A-List, Interior Design Hall of Fame) and Aerin Lauder (Founder & Creative Director, AERIN and Style & Image Director, Estée Lauder). The luncheon concluded with a book signing for Victoria Hagan’s newly released book Live Now and Aerin Lauder’s book Entertaining Beautifully.

The evening before the luncheon, Event Co-Chair, Mary Kathryn Navab generously hosted a cocktail party for luncheon attendees at her Palm Beach home. The luncheon was sponsored by luxury fashion brand Altuzarra who provided major underwriting support for BCNY and hosted a pop-up shopping experience for their new 2023 Spring Collection at The Colony Hotel for guests and friends. Altuzarra is donating a portion of sales from the event to BCNY. The ballroom also featured beautiful coral room decor by Lisa Fine Textiles and exotic flowers by Lewis Miller Design.

Every luncheon guest received a gift bag generously provided by AERIN, Dear Annabelle, Mish Fine Jewelry, Over the Moon, Palmer Magazine, Via Coquina, and Well Made Home.

And back in little ole New York, Valentine’s Day at Bergdorf Goodman’s fragrance boutique was a glamorous scene for the launch of the new ‘Formosa’ eau de Parfum created by Taiwanese philanthropist Shining Sung. The elegant, crystal bottle is topped with a carved faux jade closure was designed by award winning designer Marc Rosen who has created bottles for Karl Largerfeld, Chloe, Fendi, etc. The beautiful fragrance evocative of Taiwan (Formosa is the original name of the island) was created by Firmenich Master Perfumer Honorine Blanc using notes that are indigenous to Taiwan.
